The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited was held on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, through a digital platform.
The meeting approved the company's audited financial report for the year 2025, as well as a 22 percent cash dividend for shareholders.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Mustafa Kamal.
The directors of the company present at the AGM were Mrs. Beauty Akhter, Mr. Tayef Bin Yusuf, Mrs. Tahmina Binte Mustafa, Mrs. Tanjima Binte Mustafa, Mrs. Tasneem Binte Mustafa, Mr. Tanvir Ahmed Mustafa, Mr. Washiqur Rahman, Mrs. Sameera Rahman, Mr. Rashik Alam Chowdhury, Mr. Md. Alamgir Hossain Khan (FCMA),Barrister Hasan Rajib Prodhan, Mr. Mohammad Saeed Ahmed Raja, Mr. Manzur Md. Saiful Azam (FCMA), Professor Tanzina Haque (FCMA) and Mr. Md. Belayet Hossain Bhuiyan.

Haque & Co. Chartered Accountants; Abdur Rahim Mia (FCA), Partner, Messrs. Islam Zahid & Co. Chartered Accountants; Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Md. Firozul Islam; and Company Secretary Md. Masud Rana.
